Account Deletion Request Policy

Thank you for choosing our mobile app. We understand that you may occasionally wish to delete your account and associated data. Please follow the steps below to request account deletion:

1. Send an email to: team@mondapins.com with the following Subject Line: "ACCOUNT DELETION".

2. In the body of the email, please include the following information: Your username and email associated with the account you wish to delete.

3. Upon receiving your email, our team will process your account deletion request. Please note the following:

• Processing Time: Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 90 days from the date of your request.

• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.

• Data Retention: Please be aware that while we will delete your account and associated data as per your request, certain information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes.

• Recovery: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services in the future.
